The PCC has adopted the Church of England’s policies and practice guidance on safeguarding which may be found on the Church of England’s website: www.churchofengland.org/more/safeguarding. Upcoming Events
Please note:
- Our services will start at the later time of 10.30am from February.
- The first Sunday of the month services will be café style church @ St James’.
- There will be a Communion service at St James’ Church on the first Thursday of the month at 9.45am. This will then be followed by ‘come in for a cuppa’ at 10.30am.
- Bedtime Prayers, which is held on the third Friday of the month at 6pm at the Vicarage.
MAY
Sunday 1st May – St James’ Church – café church
Thursday 5th May – Communion service at St James’ at 9.45am, followed by ‘come in for a cuppa’ at 10.30am.
Sunday 8th May – St John’s Church – worship with holy communion
The Annual Parochial Church Meeting will be held on Sunday 8th May at the end of the morning service
Sunday 15th May – St James’ Church – worship with holy communion

Sunday 29th May – Joint service with St Thomas’, Noak Hill

Thursday 2nd June – Communion service at St James’ at 9.45am, followed by ‘come in for a cuppa’ at 10.30am.
Thursday 2nd June – Jubilee Thanksgiving Service at St John’s at 8pm, followed by lighting of a beacon.
Sunday 5th June – Habcos Party on the Green on Sunday 5th June at 2.00pm.
