Hi Folks, this Sunday we won’t be in St James’ for a live service but have Recorded Worship on our Facebook Page from our Young People! Thanks to them for all their hard work. This would normally be the Toy Service Sunday, but the pandemic means we can’t collect toys in the usual way. Instead we’d encourage you to support the Romford Salvation Army ChristmasToy Appeal or the Time FM give a child a Christmas Appeal
Christmas 2020 Events and Activities
As we approach Christmas Day we hope you are all able to experience something of the Peace of the Christ child - despite the difficulties and, for many, the pain this year has brought. Following the introduction of Tier 4 restrictions in our parish we have taken the decision to cancel our Christmas Services that were to take place in church with a congregation present. This affects our 6pm Family Crib Service and 11.30pm Midnight Communion both on Christmas Eve. Below is
